Format requirements

• File Format:
  • Submit your abstract in Microsoft Word (.docx) or PDF (.pdf) format
  • Maximum 1 A4 page
• Font:
  • Use Arial, or Calibri, size 12 pt
• Margins:
  • Normal (2.5 cm) on all sides
• Alignment:
  • Left-aligned (except the title, which should be centered)

Abstract Structure:

• Title:
  • Use bold, centered, and sentence case (only the first letter and proper nouns capitalized)
  • Avoid abbreviations or acronyms

• Author(s) & Affiliation(s):
  • List all authors below the title in the following format:
    • First name, Last name (in this order, no abbreviations)
  • Include institutional affiliations

• Main Body:

• Introduction:
• Brief background and purpose
• Methods:
  • Key methodology and approach
• Results:
  • Main findings (if applicable)
• Conclusion:
  • Summary and significance of findings
• References:
  • List all authors in the following format:

 Author. Title. Publication nr, pages XX-XX (year of publication)

• Keywords:
  • Provide 3-5 keywords, separated by commas
